It was an excellent stay! The staff, the facilities, the breakfast, very good. The staff were friendly and pleasant, not just to the guests, but just in general. They work hard, and on the busy breakfasts, they kept things moving. The spa was a standout! Well equipped and clean. I'll say this though, the dinner was just ok, would have liked a bit more on the menu, but I understand low season constraints. Will stay again if in the area.

Right on the street, but the room was quiet enough—wonderful views. We came in summer, and the room faced West, so very hot. The curtains were not enough to keep the room protected, and the cleaning staff would open them some, so the room was always superheated. No AC. There was a hot tub and sauna, but too hot to use them. Breakfasts were very good. The coffee/bar was nice to have, but served very weak coffee from pods. It cooled off in the evenings, so opening the windows and turning on a ceiling fan helped, but the walls would still retain substantial heat. Better coffee right down the street.

Lovely area up on the hillside. The staff was wonderful, a few close hikes, and a short walk to the bus stops.

Great place. While the hotel is a bit far from the town center there is a bus stop nearby, which is convenient. There is also a trail nearby to walk to town (nice if it isn’t raining). The breakfast they offer is excellent and convenient. Just a warning unrelated to this hotel, DON’T GO TO DINNER AT THE HOTEL DES ALPES, which is across the street. While it may seem convenient, we regretted going there. Staff were very strange and off putting and the food was underwhelming and overpriced.
