The property was okay, but did not quite meet expectations from the image. The location is perfect, and justifies the value a lot. Checking in went far from easy, being online and the agreed check in time delayed by over half an hour. I recommend the place if you’re willing to talk to an AI concierge instead of an in-person check-in.

Ubicación céntrica y en calle peatonal, que podría parecer tranquila pero el ruido es un factor muy presente. Lo mejor de todo es la atención del personal y su agilidad para resolver cualquier cuestión, muy amables y atentos. La cama muy cómoda y no le falta detalle al apartamento Mejoraría la profundidad de la limpieza porque al no tener ventilación se genera moho en el baño. Recomendado si quieres estar una o dos noches MUY cerca de la playa

Pésima gestión y descanso imposible. Aceptamos un cambio al Hotel Castellar Palace bajo la promesa de que era un hotel muy superior, pero la experiencia ha sido decepcionante. Viajábamos 4 personas. A los niños les asignaron un sofá cama defectuoso que se abría por el medio, impidiendo que durmieran. Al final, uno de ellos tuvo que dormir con nosotros, arruinando el descanso de toda la familia. Lo peor fue la respuesta de la recepción: se limitaron a echarle la culpa a la limpiadora argumentando que estaba mal montado. Un hotel de este nivel no puede dar esas excusas corporativas. Pagamos por un servicio de calidad que no recibimos. No volveremos.

Fint rom, velutstyrt, god seng Ingen vinduer. Dårlig fungerende ventilasjon. Air-ccondition i praksis ute av drift. Ingen nye håndklær - det ble surt iløpet av fem døgn. Ingen kontakt med ansatte/ servicepersonell. Ingen svar på telefon - nummeret ble oppgitt som ute av funksjon. Her trengs alvorlig opprydding i kommunikasjonsformer.

Fin leilighet

Veldig fin leilighet med en bra beliggenhet. Litt trekk for at det manglet ting å vaske opp med på kjøkkenet og ikke mulig å tørke klær ute. Fin størrelse på leiligheten, men ville ikke vært flere enn 3 i leiligheten Duplex – comfort, eget bad. Sto man kunne være 6 personer her så forventet egentlig en større leilighet, men vi var 2 og det var akkurat passe størrelse for oss. Generelt fint opphold og veldig ren og fin leilighet.

il manque juste des fenêtres. On doit allumer la lumière toute la journée.. pas très écolo. Obligé de sortir dans la ruelle pour savoir quel temps il fait , s'est dommage car la déco est super.
