  • The apartment is perfect for couples and families with children. It is situated on the beach of Villajoyosa (Alicante), very close to Benidorm. It is located in a non overcrowded but populated area, near to the town centre. Supermarkets, lots of restaurants, different types of shops and other services can be found nearby.

    It has two bedrooms ( a double room and a 3 single beds room), two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a magnificent terrace, from where wonderful views of the beach and the port can be seen. It also has a communal pool, paddle tennis court and a covered parking space.

The apartment is spacious and very well equipped, with a stunning terrace. We really liked the location: very close to the beach, but not directly in the busy area with cafés and crowds. Overall, it was very good value for money. A couple of small improvement points: the beds in the children’s room could be renewed, as one of them is quite squeaky. Also, for some reason, the address doesn’t seem to be accurate in map apps — we found the building by comparing it with the listing photos.

Beautiful sea veiw

Lovely large balcony with views to the fishing harbour . No need for a car as supermarket a five minute walk away. All in all a perfect location.

Great property

We had a great two weeks in Miguel's apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay and the balcony with it's views over the bay was a great bonus. Bars, restaurants and supermarket were all within easy walking distance. In the bars and restaurants we frequented we found the owners and staff very friendly and even got on first name terms with them. We will definitely be back.

Excellent 💯

We had a fantastic Christmas holidays in this beautiful lovely apartment. The property owner was so helpful and responded to all our requests in few mins . The sea views and the harbour from the balcony was so beautiful and calming. We will definitely come back again and will recommend this apartment to everyone and rate it on a 5 star ⭐️ holiday apartment. Lastly I will say a big thanks to Pablo for his assistance when we arrived at the property

Een appartement met een zeer uitgebreide inventaris. Tot aan strandstoelen en een parasol toe. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit een groot balkon, waarop we iedere ochtend ontbeten. Komen zeker terug.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit atemberaubendem Blick – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, alles war sauber und gepflegt, und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Miguel als Gastgeber: sehr freundlich, sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar – bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde sofort geholfen.Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.Muchas gracias por todo, Miguel :-)

L’accueil a été des plus chaleureux, visite de l’appartement, explications des appareils électriques etc… Merci à Victoria. Appartement très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien. Terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur le port, la plage, la vieille ville. La plage est à 100m, une place de garage est à disposition. Vraiment un endroit magnifique dans une ville enchanteresse. Merci à Miguel également. À très bientôt au printemps.

Flott leilighet

Vi trivdes veldig godt i leiligheten som vi bodde i 4 uker. Alt av utsyr, bortsett fra hårføner. Fint innredet. Så kjekt å bo på enden av stranda og fikk da også med oss fiskebåtene som kom inn med dagens fangst. Eneste som manglet var sengeskift. Vi gleder oss til å komme tilbake neste år.

Formidable séjour au bord de mer

Très belle découverte, appartement superbe, rien ne manque, propreté irréprochable. Parking souterrain sécurisé pour la voiture, accès à la mer en 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Tout est faisable à pied, nous étions à 15 minutes à pieds du marché des halles (super poisson, viande....) Miguel le propriétaire est très gentil.Rien à redire, on reviendra avec PLAISIR

Geräumiges Apartment mit wundervollem Meerblick

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Villajoyosa. Das Apartment ist schön geräumig mit einem großen Balkon. Von dort hat man eine traumhafte Ausicht auf die Küste,Strand und Meer. Der Kontakt zu Miguel war gut und die Übergabe einfach und problemlos. Super ist der dazugehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Es gibt im Haus 2 Aufzüge. Der Strand ist innerhalb von 2 min über eine Treppe erreichbar. Auch die Poolanlage ist nett hergerichtet. Supermarkt 5 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!

leuk appartement met mooi uitzicht

Alles was aanwezig. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie. Als ik dan toch één minpuntje zou geven , ik vind het 2 persoonsbed te smal. Verder heb ik zeker geen opmerkingen. Tevens en goede vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar Miguel.
