"Brilliant property in a peaceful location with beautiful view and great pool. Easy check-in and check-out and helpful communication from the hosts. The good restaurants, bars and supermarkets of Vilajoyosa are a short drive away so a car is very helpful as getting an uber or taxi can take a while. We loved our stay! "

"A spacious, clean and well located apartment (10 minutes from town centre, 2 minutes from supermarket) with everything you need for a short/long stay. You're own private garden that catches the afternoon sun, and s shared pool that is directly outside the back door. Jose communication throughout was excellent. Would highly reccomend and if I'm ever back in Villajoyosa, I'll be sure to book. "

"The host answered quickly to email requests.We were able to get into the apartment before check in which was great as we had come on an early flight.Fantastic position on the beach front. Sun on the balcony from early morning to early afternoon in November.The beach is a beautiful sandy beach, no pebbles. The sea is calm and welcoming. Many families enjoying the beach at the weekend.The apartment is full of rustic charm with many original features.It does have three bedrooms but it would be more suitable for families if using all the bedrooms as the two smaller rooms are off the main bedroom.We were a couple staying on our own. Wouldn't work for two couples.There is a microwave and job, no oven. We didn't do any cooking as only there a few days.There are plenty of cafes and restaurants on the beach front...some close at teatime (probably a winter thing). We ate in a few places and can highly recommend La Cena opposite the Marina...it was amazing.We would definitely book again."

"Everything amazing except i regret being on the first floor as its the only balconies that are concrete and not glass so when sitting or lying down you dont get that lovely view. I guess its for privacy as its a low floor. However the glass balconies look lovely as the view through them is amazing whilst lying on the bed or relaxing on the balcony. Ask not to stay on first floor. Had i known or been staying more than one night i would have asked too. In the photo of my room booking it only shows the glass balcony so be aware. "

"Took over 10 minutes and two receptionists to check me in. Signed paperwork in Spanish with no translation available. No on site car park available, no bar, no payable breakfast offered. Nice room, great air conditioning already on. Lovely view from the overheated balcony as the air conditioner pointed right over it. Accessible shower soaked the whole bathroom floor and the bathroom mirror was dirty above hand reaching height. Pool came up to my hips. Could be a wonderful over 55s resort if some smart thinking on upgrades was done. "
