Clean room and property, only complaint would be the walls are thin allowing noise to travel into/out of your room easily.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and very attentive staff
Beautiful view from the top.
About a 50 minute walk from the Colosseum and a 10 minute walk to the closest train station.

When I checked in the lady told me there was a mix up with the rooms so they didn't have one available with a kitchenette. When I asked if I would get a lower rate she just said no. It was a busy weekend with the pumpkin festival so I get that they were full but my room looked it was undergoing maintenance ...
