The breakfast wasn't tasty at all. The elevators smelled bad, the lights flickered, the certification wasn't there, the buttons worked, but those lights didn't come on, the elevator doors closed on my daughter, the rubber was torn and missing. The TV didn't work. A shout out to Estevan who fixed it, but it was the 3rd time I asked. I tried to call the desk but the phone didn't work. My room cards had to be re-programmed every day. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. Nice soap in the shower. The room smelled a little musty. Not too bad. The first room they gave me just had the rugs cleaned and smelled like chemical. the location was good, the price was good, the folks working in the lobby were good.
