The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very rude to a person on the phone. She checked herself when talking to us. All the other staff were extremely nice and helpful. I kept stepping on something on our room carpet. It was dark and I could not see what it was. It could have been vacuumed better. The bed was comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long drive. One of the highlights was the convenient location, which made getting around very easy. The amenities were nice, though the breakfast bar could use some improvement. The food itself was good when available, but items like eggs and breakfast sandwiches were not consistently restocked. After waiting a while, we notified the front desk. The staff member had to go to the back to find the kitchen worker, who seemed unaware the bar needed attention. Unfortunately, the employee appeared distracted, spending time visiting with a non-employee instead of focusing on keeping the breakfast area stocked. I also noticed a potential safety concern with the room door. When we left, the auto-lock engaged before the door fully closed, preventing it from shutting properly. I had to manually adjust the lever to secure it. This could be a security issue if not addressed. We stayed on the first floor, which was quiet and free of any disturbances. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience. With a few improvements, particularly in breakfast service and attention to maintenance details, it could easily provide an excellent experience from start to finish.
