"Contact with owner was only made the day before I travelled after I had been chasing but after that contact was very easy and he was very pleasant to deal with. Easy check in. Very clean on arrival and great hot tub. Small supermarket nearby and 10 minute walk to centre. Unfortunately we experienced alot of maintenence issues during our stay which werent all remedied so therefore i am unable to recommend the property as a luxury property"

"What a fabulous stay at the Duke. The room was lovely and spacious and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Every detail was superb from our Welcome from the front desk, the buffet breakfast and the excellent location. Our only downside….our two day stay was not long enough!!! We will be back for more!"

"Clement’s and Matthew were fabulous hosts, nothing was too much trouble and the care and attention they have given the property creates a warm homely feel. The breakfast was plentiful with healthy options and the rooms were spacious comfortable and extremely clean. We were able to walk the kilometre into the central square in the evening to enjoy dinner, it was an easy walk and very safe "

"Firstly, the check in process was simple. Secondly, the location was great for what I wanted to do...walking distance to explore Victoria and a short Bolt ride to Nadur. Thirdly, the place is cute and all I needed for a couple of nights whilst exploring Gozo.I met Jeremy briefly as he helped resolve the first lack of internet connection, and he was friendly, helpful and chatty.The reasons for the 3 stars...The first star related to the mattress is past its use by date and you can feel each spring in it, which didn't make for a great night's sleep. The pillows were great, the mattress not so much. The second star related to the road noise - if you like a late sleep on your holidays, bring your ear plugs, because the road is surprisingly busy, Maltese drivers love a heavy right foot, and the door isn't sound proof, so the cars sound like they are driving through the apartment. A heavyweight floor to ceiling curtain, I expect would make a huge difference. Finally, the internet was very hit and miss. Jeremy fixed the first outage but the second one occurred when I arrived home too late to bother him and remained an issue on the last morning."

"Cozy Heaven was the perfect home base for our two-week Gozo visit. It is stocked with almost everything you could need, and host Edwina's welcome basket of local snacks, pluswine and beer immediately made it feel like home. The location is perfect: 5 minutes to the bus terminal (the bus system is SO GOOD on Gozo), 5 minutes to the farmer's market, 5 minutes to Independence Square. Even if your aren't a "walker" per se, you can get to almost anything in Rabat in less than 10 minutes on foot.BUT...the real star of this stay was Edwina. Her communication is easily the best of all the many VRBO stays we've booked, and having her there to greet us after 16 hours of exhausting travel was so appreciated. Throughout our stay, she would check in to make sure our stay was going smoothly and offer to answer any questions we had about ANYTHING. We could not have had a better Gozo experience, and having Edwina as a guiding hand was key to that experience. We are already planning a fall trip to come back and see more of Malta, and will be renting one of her properties without a second thought! host Edwina "
