Bellboy Armando is very good at answering questions and helping you find everything you need to have a memorable vacation. The staff was courteous, but they really pressure you to buy their vacation club package. The rooms were clean, but we had issues with ants every day, but they came to clean the room as soon as we notified them about it. We wish they had some sort of energy drinks. They do provide pool towels and they are large. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms is not the best quality so you might want to bring your own. I would say this is a budget, friendly all inclusive compared to other hotels or resorts we’ve stayed at. The servers at the restaurants were all top-notch and very helpful. Especially Angel and Edgar went above and beyond every day. They made our stay at the fiesta Americana much more enjoyable.
