"Staff was excellent and very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. Quiet sleeping environment. Parking was easy, in a nice adjacent garage. The only problem was the heating. The room was quite hot (25 degrees C) by its own electronic thermometer. I tried shutting it off in my room and asking the front desk, but to no effect."

"Castelfranco Veneto is beautiful! Our stay was wonderful!
The staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff was fast and efficient. The room was comfortable but the bed was too hard and some furniture need repair. The breakfast had a nice variety and cappuccinos were delicious. The hotel is set in a beautiful, historical area where you can find several cafés, restaurants and lovely shops.
We would definitely go back to Hotel Alla Torre!!!"

"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. My kids were left crying for hours on arrival and then in the morning because of this.
I also requested for the checkout a little late which was declined and not even 30min were...
