I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. My partner and I had such a great stay at Casa La Merced by Mystique. We were welcomed by Libnis and Jorge. Both so warm and friendly. They made our check-in process so smooth and our stay just as comfortable. The hotel was so beautiful, clean and most importantly, quiet. It’s a hidden gem within the Walled City. Such a relaxing vibe. The staff was just as amazing and very patient. The rooms were spacious, the Air conditioning, great, big bathrooms, nice shower space and hot water. The hot water may take a moment to kick in. The upstairs rooftop has a gorgeous overlook. The pool on the property is kept clean. Can’t forget to mention the breakfast that is provided every morning, such a great way to kick start the day! I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for tranquility within the walled city.
