Stay was good. All staff was friendly especially reception staff. They gave overwhelming welcome at the time of check-in.

Great location in middle of Old Viljandi
The Old Viljandi city wall and cobblestone streets are just 100 meters from the hotel. Shopping is walking distance away. Hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable.

Decent hotel in Viljandi
Hotel is located in center of Viljandi. Older building, but well maintained. No one was at reception, so I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check me in. Room was very nice. Free wifi and easy parking. Ate at restaurant for dinner, and had to wait again for restaurant staff to seat me. Food was good. A lot of noise coming from outside, which was surprising for a small town, but it did not really bother me. Hotel was not cheap, but there are not many options in the Viljandi area, so would probably stay here again.

Viljandin Grand oli hyvä hotelli ja se sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla. Pidin sisustuksesta. Sunnuntaina aamiaisella oli kova ruuhka, eri pisteille kertyi pitkiäkin jonoja. Varsinkin kahvikoneen jono oli tuskaisen hidas.

Ilmastointi puuttuu
Grand hotel ei ihan vastaa todellisuutta. Mukava 1930-luvun hotelli, väljät tilat ja huone. Mutta ei ilmastointia, siinä päivittämisen paikka. Onneksi ei ollut hellepäivä.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, sisäänkirjautuminen helppo. Huone siisti. Hieman joutui odottelemaan parkkipaikan vapautumista, parkkipaikka kuitenkin loistavalla paikalla, Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Ilmastointi puuttui, onneksi ikkunanan sai yöksi auki, hieman liikennemelua koska huone oli kadun puolella. Aamupala hyvä, ottaen huomioon koronatilanteen aiheuttaman asiakaspaon. Tulemme Viljandin toistekin, viehättävä pikkukaupunki Virossa.

Känslan i hotellet är att det varit ett väldigt fint hotell när det byggdes, men tiden har stått stilla sedan dess. Helt okej boende för mig som affärsresande.

Hotel is old building, and the room is in so so shape. Bed was way too soft for comfortable sleep. Breakfast was good enough.

Hyvällä sijainnilla, bussiasema sekä tärkeimmät nähtävyydet lähietäisyydellä. Poreammeessa oli tosi kylmä vesi eli eipä tehnyt mieli aamusaunan yhteydessä laittaa sitä päälle. Aulapalvelu ei viitsinyt tarkastaa onko pyörävuokraamoja, totesi vain, että täällä on kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Ei ollut, totesimme, kun löysimme pyörävuokraamon ja huristelimme pitkin kylää..
