Lovely staff and great location. Shame the room was not in the best condition and for the price being paid should have been much, much better. 4 nights here cost £1,300 so I was expecting a perfect room. Sadly not. Chipped, exposed wood, poorly painted rooms and dirty curtains. Just not very nice at all. This would be no problem if it was about £500 cheaper but for this money, not acceptable at all.

While checking in, the clerk saw my wife and demanded I pay extra - 125 Euro extra! - for a second person. To be clear, this was NOT for a local/city tax which many European hotels ..."
