- 1st floor: entrance hall, 1 bedroom with double bed, open-plan living/dining room with fitted kitchen and 1 bathroom with bath.



The living area and kitchen lead out onto 2 patios, one of which faces north with a barbecue and direct access to the kitchen, and the other faces south, where you'll find an awning, table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining.



- 2nd floor: hall, 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and the other with 1 double bed and another single bed. It has a family bathroom with shower and access to 2 terraces overlooking the condominium.



The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, capsule coffee machine (compatible with the NESPRESSO brand), kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
