I didn't like anything at this hotel.
I had diarrhea after eating the omelet at the breakfast first morning. I also informed that to Francis at the reception. His response was "no problem"!!!
The breakfast was not any of good quality or taste or good choices compared to all the hotels I stayed in during my Brazil trip such as Sao Paulo, Manaus, Iguaçu falls, Salvador, etc. I expected equal standards at this hotel as being in the capital.
On top of that, the breakfast is served in cramped windowless room and we need to wait in the line to get in as it has no space or air to breath!
I asked for a kettle to boil water as I need to mix a medicine with hot water but not provided. This is something all types of hotels keep in the hotel room. When I called for hot water on 2nd night, the person at the reception was rudely hang up the phone. Very disappointed with the service of this hotel.
