(846 reviews) The room was excellent, the front counter ataff was awesome. They make you feel special. I was very disappoint with the menu and the fact they were out of items and never got them back. I chose a hotel for the option to staff in and eat at the restaurant. That was the only issue that occurred. It was the best stay during my vacation. I would stay there again. (238 reviews) Unit was very large and clean. Has a washer and dryer and a great kitchen. Only possible issue is that no uber can go down the street. It is at the top of a slight hill, so you must be able to walk up and down a hill. Approx 3-5 minutes up the street from the Fado Museum. Tons of restaurants and markets. Walking distance to most popular places in Alfama. We hired a proper taxi from the airport and the Police wouldn’t let him drive down the street. It took a long time to get to the hotel due to that issue. Once we got there,Luis met us at the bottom of the street and helped with our luggage. Our unit had an outdoor terrace and tons of storage space if you need it. Once we got to the unit we had an amazing time. I highly recommend this property, but you should be able to be physically able to navigate the area by foot.
