No receipt given on checkout because receptionist didn’t know how it worked, no help with bags either when checking in or changing rooms. Chased after me to take back pool towel because apparently can’t take to beach. No offer of compensation. Have online check-in where can add pickup and they never showed and said at arrival had to arrange differently. Don’t have something if you don’t use it. When I complained to reception, they laughed and didn’t offer anything as a resolution. 0 stars, AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

"Good (enough) stay at central, but slightly dated hotel. Bathroom pipes/ plumbing smelt horrendous which made it hard to appreciate cleanliness. Great spa facilities. Polite staff. Good food, though it takes close to 45min to be served and I got incessant calls at close to midnight from the restaurant to shout at me that they couldn't read the writing on my bill. Stay for the the Friday night live music by the pool."
