非常不好的經驗和不聞不理的溝通過程！ 提前兩個月使用app訂房的，明明看到顯示有空房才下訂，之後也收到確認信，結果一直在入住的前兩個禮拜發現屋主傳訊息要求取消該訂單，因為那個時間已經有其他人預定了，但我根本沒有收到屋主傳訊息給我的通知！！ 之後是試著透過app聯絡屋主了解狀況，都沒有得到回應，向平台反應也都沒有得到回應，後來因為疫情無法入住要取消，寫信給平台跟屋主同樣沒有得到回應！真的是很差的經驗！！！

No one was there when we arrived but we soon found out that they were over booked and we we put up in a nearby hotel that was of a much poorer quality for the same price. I have read other reviews saying that when they arrived they found out that the hotel was overbooked too so this might be a policy of theirs. Nice enough place otherwise but I would not recommend.

I made reservations for one night, thought I booked a hotel, unfortunately it just bed and breakfast. The price is way too much, and the service is horrible, self check-in instructions didn't even provided, the phone is not working, I don't know which room I should use.

Vi hade bokat boendet 2 månader inför resan. När vi kom fram var det ingen vid receptionen. Efter ett tag dykte upp en person som sa att vi hade blivit dubbelbokad och de hade bokat oss istället på en. hel annan plats 10 km bort. Det hade de inte kommunicerat under 2 månader!!! och väntade tills vi var framme. Dessutom såg inte gästhuset alls som i bilderna!

We were rebooked to another accomodation due to a double booking since the Dreamhouse is available for booking on several sites. The owner rebooked us without asking to a place quite far from Vik. The owner did not contact us about the rebooking prior to arrival (although he had tried reaching us on the phone once a few hours before we were to check in). Although rebooking us to a need place, the owner had not looked up details regarding eg checking breakfast for the new place, which he only did after we requested him to do so. This was very stressful since we had planned for a late checkin. We were forced to drive to a new place in the late evening. Very disapointing and badly handled by the owner.

최고의 게스트하우스 입니다.주인은 매우 친절했으며 시설도 깨끗했습니다. 도미토리는 없고 방이3개인 최대인원6명인 곳이라 복잡하지도 않습니다. 또한 무료조식은 매우 훌륭합니다.

호스트 분이 정말 좋으셨습니다. 저희가 늦게 도착하여 마트가 문닫아서 고기를 못샀다고 하니까, 자기가 산 고기도 그냥 주시고.. ㅎㅎ 편안했습니다.
