Ideally located just 15 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, our cottage is also 35 minutes from Saint-Malo, 25 minutes from Cancale.
You will benefit from our ideal location to discover the bay and then the Breton and Normandy coasts.
The accommodation is adjoining the “Le Ty-Kozh” gîte.

In detail :
- On the ground floor: Living room and fitted kitchen.
- Upstairs: Two bedrooms, with a 160x200 double bed in the first bedroom and two 80x190 single beds in the children's bedroom.
- Outside: Private parking space in front, the rear of the gîte gives access to a shared plot of 2500m², with terrace and barbecue, private garden furniture and games for children.

Spa with unlimited access during your stay and heated to 37° accessible all year round.

Please note that when you make your reservation, only 30% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be automatically debited one day before your arrival.
Two gîtes combined into one large house of 240 m², reserved entirely for your group, up to 15 people.
A large garden of 2500 m² with SPA and Nordic bath.

- Floor 1: Two large bedrooms with a 160x200 bed; A third bedroom with a 140x190 bed; A fourth with two single beds 80x190; Two shower rooms/WC; A bathroom; a toilet; A room with sofa bed (2 people), board games and books.
- Floor 2: A bedroom with two 90x190 single beds and a bedroom with a 90x190 single bed.
- Outside: Private parking space in front, the rear of the gîte gives access to a 2500m² plot of land, with terraces and barbecues, garden furniture and games for children.

Nordic bath heated to 42° and SPA to 37°, private and accessible all year round.

Séjour et accueil agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et avons pu découvrir une très belle region. Le Gîte est agréable et est bien équipé pour les bébés dont en terme de sécurité. L’accueil a été super par le propriétaire Samuel et nous a donné de bons conseils sur la visite du secteur. Le gîte est à l’ecart et au calme, à noter qu’il est mitoyen d’un autre gîte. La terrasse est agréable avec son grand terrain et son jeu pour les enfants. Notre petite fille de 2 ans a adoré jouer au toboggan. Merci à Samuel pour son accueil chaleureux.

court séjour en bretagne

très agréable gite et hôte tout aussi charmant et disponible. dommage que nous n'ayons passé qu'une nuit dans ce gîte mais nous voulIons visiter le mont st michel et ensuite faire les plages du débarquement. Nous étions donc trop éloigné des plages normandes. Si nous revenons vers chez c'est certainement le gîte que nous réserverons tant il est agréable et bien aménagé. Félicitations à Irène et Samuel.

Calme et nuit noire

Samuel vous y accueille avec l'enthousiasme pour sa région tant pour le décor que le culinaire dont il parle avec une gourmandise communicative. Comme nous nous somment perdus dans la nuit pour retrouver le gite il a non seulement été à notre écoute malgré l'heure très tardive, mais il nous a patiemment guidé. (Bien repérer le chemin de jour car la nuit est complète dans la région, pas de pollution lumineuse et vous pouvez admirer le ciel étoilé dans toute sa splendeur mais le gite devient invisible de la route). Vous êtes y surtout au calme, ceux que le silence angoisse ne pas venir dans le gite. Ne pas oublier d'aller au bout du port de Cancale déguster des huitres en bordure de mer, rapport qualité prix sans concurrence. Samuel encore merci pour tout vous êtes une bonne personne et vous méritez ces compliments. Mr et Mme Leblan
