What a beautiful property in a fabulously serene location, with really terrific facilities and amenities, including a spa, gym, two pool areas, steam room and sauna, plus a lovely restaurant. The staff was welcoming and superbly attentive. One of the nicest places we’ve had the pleasure of visiting.

Perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the Provence Markets and Aix has a huge one. Great location, friendly staff. We didn't do the breakfast so i can't comment. We ate at the restaurant and it was very good. Rooms were well appointed and the hotel is well maintained. We would absolutely stay there again on our next time in Aix.

Pleasant stay. Staff lovely. Good breakfast. Room a bit too warm and couldn’t adjust a/c to any cooler. Wouldn’t have wanted to stay if it was much hotter.

To start what really makes this property unique is the staff they are very friendly and willing to help. I had an issue with the WIFI as I needed to join a zoom call for a work emergency and the wifi in the room was sooo bad - inexistant- called the reception and they offered to change the room rightaway, unfortunately the other room had the same issue but I do appreciate how reactive they were. Beside, the property is very nice.
The only thing I really didn't appreciate is the wifi, and very limited food options at the bar, beside, its a lovely place
