Ein ganz lieber Empfang. Herzallerliebst renovierte Altbauwohnung und man kann abends gemütlich und sehr, sehr gute Tapas im Restaurant essen. Alles Sehr zu empfehlen!

Statt die gebuchte Wohnung 2 wurde uns die kleinere Wohnung 1 mit nur 1 Schlafzimmer zugewiesen. Nachdem ich mich damit abgefunden hatte auf dem Sofa zu schlafen, traten nach kurzer Zeit (10-15 min) Atemprobleme ein. Auslöser waren vermutlich die stark verschimmelten Fenster. Ebenso war in der Nichtraucher Wohnung ein starker Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch wahrzunehmen. Das Mobiliar war teils beschädigt und alt. Der Fußboden im Schlafzimmer war verklebt und viel Staub in sämtlichen Ecken. Auf dem „frisch“ bezogenen Bett befanden sich mehrere Haare.
Nach knapp 30 Minuten hatten wir uns entschieden diese schreckliche Bleibe zu verlassen und haben uns notgedrungen ein Hotel gebucht. Was mit enormen (Taxi)- Kosten verbunden war.
Bei der Schlüsselabgabe war der Vermieter verwundert und fragte nach dem Grund, nach hinweisen auf die vorliegenden Schäden (Schimmel, falsche Wohnung) stellte sich heraus, dass diese Mängel bereits bekannt sind, was eine grobe Fahrlässigkeit darstellt.
Das Ganze hatte einen enormen emotionalen und zeitlichen Stress zur Folge (von den ganzen Zusatzkosten mal abgesehen), sodass wir nichtmal die Vorbands unseres dreistelligen Konzerttickets genießen konnten.
Die Bleibe gehört für gewerbliche Vermietungen aufgrund von gesundheitsgefährdenden Mängeln geschlossen. Man fühlt sich wirklich betrogen, nie wieder!
