Fine for One Night
The hotel itself was a charming older hotel with a large room and nice fixtures. The bathroom was quite nice and spacious. The surrounding area offered very little. We were only staying for one night and we ended eating from the Big C (equivalent of 7-11) on a he corner. The pool, though not big, was nice. The breakfast buffet was so poor as to not qualify as breakfast at all but the fortunate and surprising exception was the coffee. The coffee was satisfactory but that may have been good timing as it was not fresh brewed but a pot sitting on a warming unit.

Customer service was nice. Hotel was beautiful so castle like. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was huge. Bed was very comfortable. I loved it along with the pillows. Room service for food was quick and delicious. Free breakfast in restaurant was good. Has a shuttle to take you sightseeing certain areas/ night market. Free bicycle to ride/walkable. Spa just above restaurant was great. Will be back.

It was our first stay in Laos and we were very fortunate to have found this wonderful Hotel. the staff were so friendly the Hotel was beautiful all the furnishing and fittings were 5 star with an excellent restaurant we will return.

Absolutely beautiful property! Had a fancy suite with two floors, 2 BR, 2 Bath, Balcony, etc. Internet was about 4-5Mbps, good enough for work & Skype calls. Restaurant across the street was decent. Breakfast was less than average. Staff is very nice! Not much to walk around and see.

We arrived at 9:30AM after a long overnight drive from Thailand and were told we could not check in until 1:00PM even though the hotel was COMPLETELY empty. There was absolutely no reason for them to make us wait, and doing so amounts to the worst customer service experience. Breakfast was terrible, there was barely anything to eat, except cold, runny eggs and literally a couple of slices of bacon. The hotel is located far outside the city center in a residential area, and there is nothing to do, see or eat around there and there are no taxis. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Good: The rooms are generally nice and relatively clean. Bad: 1. Hotel offers mini van service pick up from hotel. Despite providing the hotel with my flight details in advance, the driver was 25+ mins late collecting me. In fact, I had to call the hotel to remind them. 2. The WiFi is advertised as ‘fast’ according to Speedtest.net it averaged 1Mbps. Signal continually cuts out! 3. The breakfasts are appalling. The worst that I have ever had in a hotel...EVER! Limited select and cold. Not replenished by staff. 4. Swimming pool is always dirty. Never once saw it being cleaned. 5. On our last day the hotel had a private function (company selling toilets). Loud party music was played until 1am outside in the pool area. The music was ridiculously loud. No care about guest who were trying to sleep! So in our final night we had zero sleep. 6. Room toiletries are not enough for two people. 7. Coffee machine provided in the room but no coffee pods! Am I supposed to bring my own? 8. One night tried to order room service and was told “no”. How is this even possible in a *hotel*? 9. Booked taxi back to the airport at 11am. Was forced to wait 20 mins for other guest? No care that I had a plane to catch. Why does the taxi that I booked revolve around other guest? Are we all catching the same plane at the same time? What if I missed my plane? All in all, this hotel charges premium prices and yet offers a budget service. Quite literally the *WORST* hotel experience

Beautiful new hotel in quiet area
We had a wonderful time here. The hotel is new and very beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. The only real drawback was that the breakfast was quite bad. It is presented as a buffet but in reality there are only 3-4 things to choose from (and the warm dishes such as eggs and meat are served cold). We loved everything else about the hotel.

Great hotel with friendly and service oriented staff. A little bit far from center of town but shuttle service are available to transport guests to a few attraction sites (i.e. Patuxai, That Luang and Mekong riverside area) daily. Highly recommended.

L' hotel è molto bello, con piscina e palestra. Il ristorante per la colazione si trova nella strada di fronte. Purtroppo lo staff non ha mai risposto a numerose email inviate per prenotare dei transfer dalla stazione bus e aeroporto. La camera assegnatami, molto bella, era sull'ala in rifacimento, quindi con operai e calcinacci a terra. I portasapone erano quasi vuoti. In compenso la colazione era ricca e la qualità del sonno molto buona.

Very nice structure, friendly staff. The only issue if that most of the staff speak very little English (or any other Western langiages) making communications awkward. I would really advise to have people at the reception learn English

Superbe
Super séjour dans cet hôtel très confortable. Propreté irréprochable. Une superbe suite spacieuse avec tous les équipements. Un petit bémol : concernant le bar, j'ai commandé une bière et malheureusement le verre est tombé par terre et s'est brisé en emportant ma bière. Résultat, je n'ai pas pu la boire évidemment et l'on m'a facturé le verre au prix de 3 euros, soit 2 fois le prix de la bière.... Je trouve cela un peu mesquin. Mais bon, c'est du détail !

対応や設備に関しては、申し分ないです。間違いなくお勧めできます。一方、立地が都市部からは少し離れています。駐車場があり、多くの方は車でホテルを利用しているようなので、外国人観光客がビエンチャンを観光するために利用するには多少の不便さがあります。しかし、ホテルの車での送り迎えなど、多少のリクエストには融通を利かせていただけるので、そこは高評価でしょう。ホテル内にはプールはありますが、スパは近日オープンとの事でした。ホテル内のアクティビティが充実してくれば、さらに心地よい空間を過ごすことができるでしょう。

何もない長閑な 町
噂通りパトウサイとナイトマーケット以外は寺の何もない静かな町でした。ホテルが中心から 離れた所の為無料の車サービスが頼りでした。

They're nice staff & good take care of us. They've a van transfer to airport for free & some place eg.night market ,Wat Phrathatluang which bring you back to hotel. You can offer food to the monk in the morning other activities they've fitness & swimming pool

Ett fint Hotel, som låg totalt fel en bra bit i från centrum, nästan som i en förort, tuppar som gal redan 4 på morgonen, och hundar som stämde inn i kören, där fanns aposlut inget att göra eller att titta på. Lite synd för det är ett flott hotel

本当は教えたくないのですが。。。
本当は人に教えたくないくらい良かったです。 モダンアンティークといった感じで、アンティークな感じだけど新しく清潔感がある。 新しいのもあるとは思いますが綺麗でした。 スタッフの対応も良く、時間が合えば主要場所に行くフリーシャトルも利用できます。 朝食も離れのレストランで、テラスで朝日を感じながら至福のひと時でした。

How wonderful hotel
I styed 3 nite with 2kids and my assistant for business trip.I've been many hotel in the world. This hotel absolutely best. Location in the town, not nice view.But hotel condition perfect, all staff very nice and warm. Also restaurant wonderful. I feel chef very smart. Even my 4yr daughter said 'pillow better than Hilton ^^ and all food very delicious.I have plan 2month after visit again Laos with my customer, Sure I'll stay this hotel. I can't wait 2month.I really thank you all staff for nice hospitality for my family.See you soon~~ *Oh! I left my boys crocs shoes in the swimming pool, can you try to find?

저는 출장 스케쥴이 변경되면서 처음 방분하는 비엔티엔 목적지에 가깝다는 이유로 급하게 구한 숙소였습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 숙소시설(수영장 포함)이나 서비스 만족도는 상당히 높았습니다. 다만, 아쉬운 점이 있다면 시내와는 어느 정도 거리가 있고 주변이 활성화되지 않은 곳이다보니 주변에 음식점이나 편의시설이 거의 없다는 것이었습니다.

제발 이 호텔에 묵어주세요
익스피디아에서 보낸 확정 메일에서 확인한 장소와 실제 장소가 매우 다르다는 단점이 있습니다 왓시사켓 바로 근처인줄 알았더니 더더더 위에요 구글지도에서 호텔이름으로 검색하면 두개 나오는데 그중 북동쪽에 있는 겁니다 새로 지어져서 택시기사 툭툭기사님들도 호텔이름 말하면 잘 몰라요 하지만 워낙 비엔티안이 좁기 때문에 구글지도 보여주면 열심히 가주시긴 합니다 좀 외져요 다섯줄에 걸쳐 단점을 썼지만 암튼 매우 만족했어요 가족여행으로 갔어요 위치가 외짐+새로지어진지 얼마안됨의 코라보로 마친 이 큰 호텔을 우리 가족이 통채로 빌린듯했습니다 2박 3일동안 투숙객 한팀(그것도 퇴실하는) 만났어요 다시 말해 풀장 피트니스센터 이런 것들이 오직 나를 위해 우리 가족을 위해 있는 것만 같은 부자의 기분을 2박 3일동안 느꼈습니다 복층 빌렸는데 솔직히 20명 엠티와도 되는 정도로 큰 방이었습니다 제발 가주세요 엄마가 내년에 또 가자고 하니 그 기간동안 망하면 안됩니다 숙소에 오래 있으실 분, 편의시설 많이 이용하시는 분 들에게 추천드려요
