Great apartment had everything we could have wanted. Perfect for a short stay but also has facilities for a longer stay if needed. The fan provided saved us at night time as the weather was extremely hot!

Very convenient location for city and airport. However the apartment is not up to required standard in my view for the price charged. Shower is only hand held as the shower hose does not fit into the holder on the wall except when holding in place by hand. The iron did not work very well and the cover was filthy with stains all over it. Positives however are the wifi was good and the location was very convenient for the ubahn station.

We had difficulties finding the apartment, because "Rechte Wienzeile" changes its name, then changes back; and after we obtained the keys from the Restaurant on the ground floor, we did somewhat regret that we had to carry all the suitcases up to the third floor. But once inside the apartment, we found it good, and convenient, and if one keeps the windows closed, it is quiet even though the subway line runs directly below the windows. Walking through the Naschmarkt outdoor market to the city center is a nice fifteen-minute walk, so all the sights in the old city are in walking distance. We would use this apartment-hotel again if we come again to Wien.

The location was good and bad. The good was the closeness to the Naschmarkt. The bad was a busy street on one side and the train behind. Very nosy location. The major issue was the owner. He was extremely unhelpful and unsupportive. He and any property that he is evolved with should be banned for this site. I recognize that he was not prepared for early check-in; however, upon request for help with luggage his response was we do not offer that just find it yourself. He was rude and did not show any compassion for the renter. We were just not his issue or problem. We had to find a location to store our luggage for a couple of hours with no help or suggestion. Once we checked in the property was a third floor walk up. No elevator. The stairs were circular and difficult to use with the luggage. This issue was never mentioned in the description. Misrepresentation of the property. There was no AC which is understandable in Europe, but because of the street and train nose it made the apartment a terrible choice. It also seems that there is only one apartment within the building that is used for guest. The others are empty or used for storage for his restaurant. All 3 floors. The building itself was rundown and in poor repair. It did not fell like a safe environment. We will never go back and I hope this review will help others.

Good Stay, basic comfort

The apartment was on the third floor - no elevator. The boiler wasn't clean, meaning that there was too much calcium and we couldn't use it. There was just 1 toilet paper roll There were neither kleenex no kitchen roll There was no shampoo and no shower gel. I mean, with the addition of these basic things, the stay would have been just perfect.

We didn't have got water/heat for a day. I got a response from the property to not be in the shower for too long as the as the boiler has lịmited capacity. That was offensive. When asking for an extra towel because my son drop it on the wet floor. They gave some after saying that they provided enough for 4 people for our stay. If going again by myself, I would suck it up for the convenience but won't be staying there if traveling with family.

Propiedad descuidada, sin aseo adecuado en el quinto piso de un edificio viejo, sucio y apestoso sin servicio de limpieza, utensilios de cocina insuficientes y sucios, con olor a cigarro y a suciedad en un edificio grafiteado y que en invierno no encienden la calefacción. El teléfono de ayuda está fuera de servicio así que es imposible comunicarte con alguien para que te ayude. Solo por medio de expedía y quien te contesta los mensajes es grosero y sin educación. POR NINGÚN MOTIVO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ.

Positiv: - Geschäfte, Bäckerei, Lokale und der Naschmarkt ganz in der Nähe - Sehr zentral gelegen, U-Bahn nur eine Station vom Karlsplatz entfernt - Einrichtung und Bett neu und sauber - Großes Bad - Küchenausstattung nicht luxuriös, aber mit allem was man braucht Negativ: Im Winter ist das Apartment wahrscheinlich ganz in Ordnung. Wenn es warm ist, ist des deutlich weniger zu empfehlen: - Das Apartment liegt direkt zwischen der oberirdischen U-Bahn-Station Kettenbrückengasse und einer lauten, viel befahrenen Straße. Es ist also auf beiden Seiten laut, auf der Straßenseite teilweise sehr laut. Bei gekipptenm Fenster zu schlafen ist selbst mit Ohropax kaum möglich. - Bei einem der beiden Fenster ist offensichtlich die Jalousie einmal kaputt gegangen und wurde nie ersetzt. Verdunklung ist deshalb schlecht möglich. Im Sommer wird es sehr heiß -- und Lüften geht auch schwer (wegen Lärm). - Das Treppenhaus riecht stark nach Müll. (Nicht so schlimm, der Geruch kommt nicht ins Apartment.)

Er was veel mis: TV had geen signaal dus onbruikbaar, bedbank was gewoon kapot en doorgelegen waardoor je er alleen schuin en in een gat op kon liggen om met rugpijn wakker te worden, inrichting heeft zijn beste tijd gehad en dat zie je helaas niet op de foto’s.

Sehr gute Lage, zentral und recht ruhig obwohl an einer Hauptstraße, neben dem Naschmarkt so das man sehr gut eine U Bahn vor der Tür hatte, die Oper, Karlskirche und Stephansdom fussläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, kleine Küche, schönes Badezimmer, schickes Bett. Sehr gern wieder

Comfortable Stay

Great location, mere seconds from the einbahn and with good amenities around it including a 24H Turkish bakery across the street. Check in and out was very easy with a key safe system at the door. There are stairs and no disabled access, so if you have mobility issues, this wouldn't be for you. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, you have a kitchenette with microwave, hob, fridge and sink, which was handy. There were only a few things which kept it from a 5 star review - the drains (I assume) in the bathroom smelled absolutely awful and keeping the window open in Dec was not an option. We were also only given 2 rolls of toilet paper for our week stay so we had to buy our own (not a big deal, just not expected). Because of the proximity to the einbahn, you can hear trains and announcements, but they have provided earplugs.

Räumlich großzügig, neu und gepflegt eingerichtet. Sehr sauber auch im Bad. Geschirr jedoch mit leichten Essensspuren der Vorgänger. Strassenlärm v.a. nachts sehr unangenehm (Autorennen?). Schallschutzfenster wären hilfreich. Für zwei Nächte noch ok. Sehr gute Lauflage zur Innenstadt.

Modern apartment in good location, without heating

Nice modern apartment in good location next to train station. However similar to a previous review we were unable to contact the host. The heating in the apartment was not working (or we could not work out how to get it to work) and 2 attempts to contact the host and no response from either. Pretty poor.

The apartment is very nice but I don't like that when it was booked it was not made clear to me that there is no reception, no valid contact number, no elevator but rather high stairs. I needed to ask something and the phone number was not valid. I sent a message and no response.

영어못하면 절대안됨. 프로트 없이 헤메야함

체크인이 직원도 아예 없고. 아래층 식당직원이 친절하게 통화하고 문열어주고. 짐도맡아줄 사람도 없어서 .짐만두고 시장다녀왔던 전화해서 엄청 머라고함. 위치도 시장만 가깝고. 와인따개도 없어서 또 식당가서 신세지고. 건물에 숙소표기 안되있어.근처서 엄청 시간낭비함. 완전 비추
