Living near Vienna’s city center is a privilege many dream of. New to our portfolio, this apartment building is situated in Vienna's sophisticated 8th district – a lovely and wealthy area. It is the perfect place to live: close to impressive city sights but still surrounded by pretty alleys and small charming shops.

You can reach the famous Vienna City Hall by foot in only a few minutes. That’s especially convenient as beloved events take place in the Vienna City Hall park! One of our summer favorites is the Vienna Film Festival and in winter, we love the Christmas market and Vienna Ice Dream (an ice skating area). There are many other green areas in your immediate vicinity too, like the Volksgarten or the Burggarten – a special advantage of staying in Vienna’s city center. 

The public transport connections are excellent as well. You can reach the U2 subway station Rathaus in a few minutes and the U3 subway station Volkstheater in eight minutes. And the tram line stops directly in front of your door.

Convenient location but a little run down

We had an excellent stay here. The location was perfect for our needs as it was close to many things on our to do list as well as the metro for things further afield. The apartment had just about everything we needed to be very comfortable. The apartment is a little run down with many things in a state of disrepair which always worries me as I do not want to be held accountable for damage. If we found something we would report it back to the management and they were responsive. Understanding all the different switches was a little confusing but we figured it out.
