The floors can be heated if you prefer and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. The apartment was just as shown in photos, it was in great condition, clean and modern. It had a washer/dryer which was necessary for our long stay. Also had a small kitchen and a lovely balcony that opened onto a courtyard. It was excellent for getting around Vienna without a car as it was only one block away from the u-bahn station. Also within one block of a grocery, a post office and a drug store.
