The location is excellent-close to everything we needed, yet located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The property itself has clearly been renovated and is both modern and clean. We found the flat to be very spacious, making it perfect for families. Access to the property was straightforward, and we really appreciated the affordable parking options nearby. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish; they were always quick to respond and very helpful. We traveled from Seattle and had stayed at various hotels in Zurich, Bregenz, and Salzburg before arriving here. There were 4 of us. Apt. 15 had a separate bedroom, pull-out sofa, kitchen, toilet room, bathroom, and a balcony! PLUS, air conditioning. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and accessible. We liked this area because it's away from tourist crowds but walkable to the Prater as well as trams. Good bakeries and restaurant / bars nearby. When you first arrive, then go inside the apt. building, it seems a bit rustic.
