  • Our apartment is located in the south of Vienna in the 11th District, directly on the Simmeringer main street.

    In its spacious courtyard, the mansion built in 1875 - despite its central location - houses a green oasis of relaxation and recreation.

    The 88m² apartment is located in the 1st. Floor and offers comfortable space for up to 5 people.

    It has entrance hall, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and toilet.

    Kitchen and living room have garden view. The bedroom is very quiet despite the orientation to the street.

    The garden of the house has sufficient seating and sunbathing possibilities, as well as a children's playground, which of course are shared with our guests. Barbecue and bar are available by arrangement.

    Its excellent location and close proximity to public transport (subway line U3, station Zippererstraße and tram line 71 - station Molitorgasse) allow you to reach the landmarks of the city within a short time.

    Treat yourself to an interesting and exciting city trip to Vienna, stay in our cozy apartment and enjoy the much praised Viennese quality of life.
