Very nice apartment. Metro was close by and we could walk to Christmas market and Freud’s House. Restaurants around . Comfortable rooms. Would stay here again!

Most friendly and helpful owner

Stayed 5 nights with my daughter and her 2 children. The owner was very kind, caring and helpful with all our questions. Great location, very close to restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the underground. Clean, comfortable and affordable.

The location is excellent and close to public transportation. Also at a walking distance from beautiful sites such as churches, city hall, and other sites. The facility was very accommodating and helpful and their responses were always helpful and prompt. We are considering returning at a later date to revisit Vienna and to stay with the same apartment complex.

Ottima posizione vicinissima alla metro per raggiungere facilmente il centro . Bel quartiere con bar , ristoranti e market per fare la spesa . Apartamento con 1 camera da letto piano terra con materassi scomodi. Le pulizie andrebbero decisamente migliorate. Cosa molto fastidiosa al nostro ingresso nell appartamento terribile odore di fogna che proveniva dal bagno e che nonostante l'utilizzo persisteva, arrivava dal sifone della doccia . Abbiamo dovuto tappare il sifone per poter riuscire a stare in casa senza quel sgradevole odore .

Leider ist die Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sie ist unsauber und Renovierungsarbeiten sind dringend nötig. Sockelleisten lose, Store kaputt , Elektrische Kabel die raus hängen, Tischplatte die runter fällt, dreckige Küchengeräte, verschimmelte Fugen usw. Leider hat der Vermieter auf Anfrage von Expedia und mir weiterhin an dem Mietverhältnis festgehalten. Eine Rückvergütung vom Vermieter wäre fair gewesen. Leider kann ich nur abraten von der Wohnung. Sehr schade…
