Full with history and all comfort needed. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen (really full equipped) and dining room. Everything is just perfect. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is in the Parkhotel and is very good. There is an elevator you can use all the time and just about 15 steps to the suite. The whole stay was nothing to compare with. The suite is gorgeous; the experience of staying in the Grand Suite is unforgettable. Ronnie Miller, the host for our stay, was very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect, even suggesting a wonderful place for dinner. Wandering the palace grounds after dinner and seeing the Vienna skyline was amazing. Breakfast in the Parkhotel Schonbrunn, which is about a block away, offered many selections for breakfast, including made-to-order waffles and omelets, in a gorgeous setting. Many others complain about the stairs to the suite, but my family did not find them to be a problem. The only apartment/rooms to sleep in on the entire property -- the historic/amazing Schonbrunn Palace. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was A+ with excellent service/attention by the maitre de who made us feel like royalty. The only negative (I hate to give one) was the 88-step walk (no lift) -- and the distances involved (12-minute walk to both breakfast and the metro).
