More homey than a traditional hotel

This apartment was very comfortable, and it was great to have a kitchen and a washing machine. It was a 10-15 minute walk from the metro, with a decent supermarket 1/2 block away.

Great Place to Stay.

Fabulous. This place met all of our expectations. Set in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a subway stop. Beautiful garden with a pool and very relaxing. The staff and property management are very nice. Room is well equipped and comfortable.

Great structure! The apartments are impeccable and come fully equipped with everything you need. The only downside is their distance from the subway; when you're tired and returning in the evening, those extra 10 minutes can really make a difference.

Unterkunft , Personal und Preis hervorragend

Wir waren ab dem 11.03.2023 zu Gast . Die Unterkunft entspricht voll der Beschreibung . Auf verschiedene Fragen , über Schlüsselübergabe , Frühstücksmöglichkeit usw. wurde sogar noch vor der Anreise geantwortet . Wir hatten uns während des einwöchigen Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt . Uns hatte es an nichts gefehlt und werden mit Sicherheit dieses Appartementhaus wieder besuchen und jedem weiter empfehlen!!

Spartanische, aber zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Als ich um 15:20 an einem Freitag ankam, war schon niemand vom Stuff mehr anzutreffen, obwohl die Rezeption bis 16:00 Uhr besetzt sein sollte. Der (kleine) Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Hauskeeping war für das komplette Wochenende nicht anzutreffen. Getränke oder irgendetwas an Speisen wurden, bis auf die kleine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer und drei Nespresso Kapseln für meinen Aufenthalt bis Sonntag nicht angeboten. Es gab auch keinen Automaten. Schlafen war ok, aber die Polyesterdecke zu warm und das Kissen etwas verklumpt. Alles in allem nur ausreichende Zufriedenheit.

In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, Spar-Markt direkt nebenan und Bäckerei keine hundert Meter entfernt. 5 Minuten bis zur Bademöglichkeit an der Neuen Donau. Leider war es sehr heiß und die "Klimaanlage" (nicht im Schlafzimmer) war deutlich überfordert.

Gut angebunden an Bus 92a/b und U1, nah an der Donau. Sehr sauber. Auf Wünsche wurde vor Ort sofort reagiert. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Ideal if you have been to Vienna Before

Clean, tidy and excellent location. Plenty of storage of a longer stay and kitchen space for 'light' cooking. Good facilities including large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in the room plus larger washing area and garden in the block. Location allows you to appreciate the Donau area for pleasant strolls - plenty of supermarkets and local eateries near by. U-Bahn about 10 mins walk and bus just a block over.

A gem of a place. Excellent. Very good for disabled travelers. Easy access to elevator. Do be careful if you are a business traveler. You need to contact the hotel beforehand. There is no 24 hour desk... Contact them first!! Very important.

Very comfortable stay in Vienna

We stayed in this apartment hotel for about 30 days. The room was equipped with everything we need... kitchen, cutlery, wash machine. The tidy kitchen was very nice and we cooked almost everyday. The room is cleaned well everyday and most significant thing is the friendly and warm welcome from the staff. I will definitely recommend this apartment hotel to my family and friends.

Good value.

Owners/staff were friendly and accommodating. Made allowances for early check-in (pending room availability) and luggage storage. Fuss-free check in/out. Interior of the apartment was clean and adequately stocked with bathing/cooking amenities. Big plus point of having a Billa supermarket just around the corner. Neighbourhood also noise-free and not much traffic, so conducive for sleeping/resting. Small downside of having to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest metro station. Overall good value for money - would return to stay =)
