I stayed here for four nights while visiting Vienna. It is close to the U-bahn, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, close to the Karmelitermarkt and taken care of by two lovely and kind ladies who keep the place spotless. It is a bit older, but it has everything you need for a relaxed stay, and it is kept spotless by the caretakers. Highly recommended.

The location was very ideal for a sightseeing trip in Vienna, with a metro stop a 1 minute walk away and a tram stop a 10 minute walk away it was very easy to get to the centre of the city! The apartments are located in a family neighbourhood so it overall felt very safe and was nice and quiet at night as opposed to more busy areas. Our small apartment had a private bathroom, shared kitchen and fridge area and a fan and air conditioning unit making the stay that bit more comfortable than the budget hotels/hostels we normally stay in. My only complaint is the room wasn't as clean as it could have been, with some areas of the floor still being quite dusty and the external unit of the bathroom extractor fan having fallen off and onto the shower floor. Overall, this place was a great find, a great price and perfect for our needs whilst travelling around Europe!

Pay for the location, not the room
A great location in district 2 of Vienna with the metro close by and everything is within walking distance if you're up for it. The room was rather small for the price you pay, being basically just a bed and bathroom as you share a kitchenette with another room. My biggest gripe was the cleanliness as there was some black mold in the shower.

The apartment was as in the photos, but the door onto the street did not lock. The apartment was very clean, the only negative was that the towels were very old. It was more spacious than I had expected.

A taste of Old Vienna
This pension offers independent, self-catering units with sleeping loft, sitting area and kitchenette nested inside the lofty rooms of former large apartments in a quiet area. The retrofit here was not recent but everything was functional and clean. We enjoyed our stay because of the convenient location - three minutes walk to a subway line that provided quick access to all cultural activities and areas of town. In good weather we could walk to the Old Town area and feel connected the life of this ancient city without having to pay the large amount that a literally central hotel would cost. Recommended for families and venturesome travellers. Basic information and assistance were available during office hours. It would be wise to confirm exactly how the stove top works.

A cosy good get clean apartment. Local to main underground. Local cafes and restaurant. Visit cosyeletto Italian. 5 min walk amazing. Great walk to Danube canal 2 minutes.

Fabulous,only 10 minute walk into the city.Safe neighbourhood.Apartment was spacious with 2levels.Queen bed upstairs and single bed downstairs with the kitchen and eating area as well as the bathroom and toilet.Fridge,microwave, kettle and stove all supplied.Free internet and TV as well.Will definitely stay here again.Karmelite Markets and eating cafes&restaurants a 5 min walk away.

Better Choices Are Available
This apartment was old and slightly damaged, but clean. We had all the basics in the kitchen which was good, but the TV did not work, the toilet flush often ran, and one night there was no hot water. The large, difficult to open, windows opened onto the street so for privacy and comfort you had to use the air conditioner which was effective but very noisy. The bedroom floor would wake anyone else trying to sleep and the shower was small. The electrical outlets were very damaged and appeared unsafe. The bathroom was downstairs but the bedroom was upstairs; and three lights were not working so the sink area was quite dark. The bedroom only had two small lamps anyway so it very difficult to read. After 3 days we were glad to leave.

Nice quiet roomy apartment in quiet part of city. Bit of a walk to centre but the metro was very close by. Apartment rather old fashioned, bedding a disappointment, could have done with better quality cotton linen and a spare sheet. Very close to local market where there was good, friendly cheap restaurants as well

Basic decent stay but few stops from city centre
Decent hotel for short three nights (attending conference). Stayed in basic twin room with ensuite shower and toilet with shared small kitchen area outside (shared with room next door). Friendly staff and basic daily room service (empty bins and made up bed but same sheets). Pro: close to Schottenring station Con: not much else in neighbourhood

Perfect place to stay in Vienna
The apartment at Pension Liechtenstein was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in easy walking distance of the city centre with its own front door onto the street. It was great value for money, and I would highly recommend it for a short city break.

Awesome pension
We arranged to arrive outside of regular hours. The lady renting the pensions offered to stay late to meet us. The room was large and the additional cot was ordered was in place. We asked about laundry, and the lady offered to do it for 5 €. It was done and returned to our room before dinner. Great place, clean,wonderful hostess. I would recommend this pension for a stay in Vienna.

The apartment was very basic in terms of facilities but it was fine as a base if you're intending to be out and about the most of the day. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were fine. Good location, close to a Ubahn and 10 minute walk from central Vienna. If you're intending to be spending lots of time in the apartment then you would probably want to upgrade as the apartment itself is outdated and could do with a refurbishment.

A True Gem Just Minutes from Vienna Old Town
We came for a couple of weeks of urban tourism in Vienna. Pension Liechtenstein Apartments II proved to be the PERFECT choice. A true gem in the beautiful-historic Second District of Vienna. Minutes from city center (Old Town) on foot. Fantastic place in any and all aspects. Perfect location. Super-helpful, nice, accommodating management team (the Gross family). Highly recommended!

Cheap but dirty.
The room was cheap so I didn’t have any high expectations but it was really dirty which was not okay. They hadn’t vacuumed the place properly in a long time as there was a lot of dust all around the corners of the room and the bathroom fan was disgusting (see the picture). The bottom of the shower and a couple of other things was fixed with tape.

Très bien situé à Vienne, ce petit appartement pratique est agréable à vivre. Très prêt d'un marché et de petits restaurants, l'appartement est par ailleurs à côté du métro et du Danube.

Splendida vacanza
Struttura comoda per la vicinanza al centro città e a tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Nelle vicinanze si trova un mercato dove è possibile comprare da mangiare. Ci sono supermarket e negozi di tutti i generi. Quartiere molto tranquillo e proprietari molto disponibili. Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene.

Отдых удался! Апартаментами остались довольны. Особо порадовало расположение. В номере было всё необходимое. Прекрасное атмосферное местечко! Полотенца меняли каждый день. Единственное - хотелось , чтобы номер был убран чуть лучше.

由地鐵紫線的Herminengasse出口，才容易到達住宿點。若非此出口，要繞一大圈，走過河上的橋，才能到。附近有Billa超市，買東西方便。房間乾淨。若連續住兩晚，第二天的上午，會主動清潔。

Muy cómodo el alojamiento, excelente la disposicon del personal de administración. Muy buena la cercanía del metro. Un poco escasa la cantidad de lugares para comer ya que el barrio es esencialmente residencial, pero en general mi estadía fue muy buena. El wifi uy bueno.
