I arrived late due to flight delays, but the front desk answered the door right away and patiently welcomed me, even showing me the city map and transportation options — and this was already past midnight! The room was excellent, with good soundproofing and a mini bar for storing food. A short walk to the metro. It is a safe area and located in a very quiet street. There is no noise at all. Their breakfast is great staff are friendly and helpful. However the building is old, so do not expect to stay in a nice hotel. It is basically a motel type, but i felt safe during my stay.
