Worst of all, the managers provided virtually no bed linen. The beds had mattress protectors and a quilt. There were no sheets, not enough quilts, pillows or towels, tea towels etc.In the third bedroom, there wasn’t even a quilt or pillow, just a dodgy cushion. Some dirty bedding (no covers) was shoved crumpled up in the cupboard.It’s hard to believe they couldn’t even make up the beds for guests.The kitchen is gross - the fridge is dirty and stained. I contacted management multiple times and theyjust gave me the same automated message. We could not use the third bedroom because there was no bedding. One of our travelling companions had to sleep on the couch with a towel over her. This apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. You have to drag your luggage up 4 flights of stairs.
