Out of internet service during day and did not know email been sent about check in. There is NO check in desk for a limited hours service and we cautious of check in time given.. This is a private apartment and we were left standing out on the street in the snow with promises that owner was on his way but stuck in traffic (on a public holiday). Eventually cleaner turned up to let us in. Apartment brilliant but intended renters should be wary about check in availability. Not happy my elderly mother had to stay outdoors in the snow for so long.
