Bezirk (Landstraße), eine Trambahnhaltestelle befindet sich in ca. 150 m Entfernung. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und großzügig geschnitten, die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles, was man braucht.Folgende Dinge sollten aber im Auge behalten werden:- Das Bad könnte ein "Update" vertragen (Ablauf im Waschbecken teilweise verstopft, Duschabtrennung wackelig und stark verkalkt)- Manche Ausstattungsgegenstände waren defekt oder teilweise ohne Funktion (kaputter Regenschirm, TV die meiste Zeit nicht nutzbar aufgrund von "Konnektivitätsfehler", Toilettenpapierhalter im Bad locker, Handtuchheizung schlecht befestigt)- Der elektronische Türöffnungsprozess ist teilweise ein Glücksspiel...Als sehr gut empfanden wir:- die Ausstattung der Küche (Nespressomaschine, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank, viel Geschirr)- das "Backup" mittels klassischer Haustürschlüssel- die generelle Ruhe im Haus- trotz hoher Außentemperaturen angenehm kühl- Qualität der Betten- Die Problemlösungskompetenz der Buchungsagentur sowie die wirklich schnellen Antworten bei AnfragenFazit: Gerne kommen wir wieder, aber die angesprochenen Mängel sollten beim aufgerufenen Übernachtungspreis schon beseitigt werden. ##### Michael S.
