This beautiful apartment offer you everything you need for a pleasent stay in Vienna. It is located in the very heart of Vienna. It is an amazing location which gives you the possibility to discover the most beautiful sights of Vienna just by foot.
The flat consists of one really big room, a kitchen, which is fully equipped and a bathroom where you can shower or take a bath.
The apartment offers fresh towels, fresh sheets, a hair dryer, a washing machine and dryer, a smoothing iron, a work place, a outdoor area for relaxing a king size bed and also a comfortable queen-size daybed for 2 persons.
Therefore the flat offers enough space for 4 guests in a beautiful area in addition the apartment is sunny and has high ceilings and a big window so you will get beautiful feeling of freedom.
We also provide a babycot if needed.
The furniture and the equipment are in a very good condition and give the guests a warmly feeling of being at a place that they can call home.
The apartment is very hygienic due to the fact it is always cleaned by a cleaning company.
And there is always fresh coffee and tea.
Until 18: 00 / 6pm there is an automated check in, so the guests will get a password for the apartment and they will be able to check-in totally stressfree and by there own.
For a check in after 6pm / 6pm we ask our guests to inform us when they like to check-in. If our guests book the apartment, they receive our contact details such as our telephone number and e-mail address, we are always available for our guests!
There is the option of an early check-in or check-out, depending on availability.
For a very late check-in we bring you the keys, for a check-in after 18: 00 / 6pm there is a fee of 10 €, for a check in after 21: 00 / 9pm there is a fee of 30 €.
