### Artist Studio in Center

Welcome to my artist studio!   
A cozy and creative place for your stay in Vienna full of Art and Joy!  
  
\*\*\* 10 Minutes WALK to Citycenter  
\*\*\* hippest District in Vienna  
  
Everything like supermarket, grocery, hairdresser, many cafes and bars are just around the corner!   
There is also a very old legendary cinema called Film Casino from the 50s;   
Karlsplatz, the museums, the secession or the famous Naschmarkt are within walking distance.  
  
It's kind of a loft Studio with separate bathroom and kitchenette.   
You have a little fully equipped kitchen and a cosy bed, sheets and Towels provided.  
The apartment is full of art which is changing now and then!  
  
The Living Space:

2\. fresh, high quality towels and bed linen and care items for your use  
3\. amenities:  
Wi-Fi, coffee maker, hair dryer, electric kettle.

\- From my kitchen equipment you are welcome to use whatever you need for cooking.  
  
During your stay, you'll have access to the whole apartment. In addition, you will have your own personal key for the apartment and the main entrance to make sure that your stay goes well.

Entree: deur vol graffiti, zonder deurkruk. Alleen lichtknop bij entree. Aan 1kant van bed schemerlamp. Keuken: wankel, met weinig faciliteiten. Koffieapparaat deed het niet. Nergens gebruiksaanwijzingen.Geen tv. Sjofele, minimale uitrusting. Badkamer: vies uitziende douchegordijnen. Slordig gordijn voor schoonmaakmiddelen. Goed bed en appartement redelijk schoon. Foute informatie telefoonnummer!Locatie ten opzichte van centrum prima. Openbaar vervoer prima. Eetgelegenheden in de buurt goed.
