Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen, Haus in der zweiten Reihe der ohnehin ruhigen Arnsteingasse. Zu Fuß kann man in gut 20 Minuten zum Schloss Schönbrunn kommen, natürlich auch mit der U4\. Das Appartement 13 ist gut ausgestattet, die Hausverwaltung sehr darauf bedacht, Wünschen der Gäste entgegenzukommen. Das Appartement 13 ist in der 2\.
