Nice quiet boutique hotel in a great location for exploring Vienna. Can walk to most of the attractions and there are numerous restaurants within a few minutes. Also next to tram and subway.

Chose for the location to the metro. Was also very easy to walk to the libations I was interested in seeing. Breakfast was very good and liked the availablity of coffee and tea. The staff were great and I appreciated the treat I received upon departure.

Nice location, friendly service

Nice little hotel, very central, very friendly service, especially at breakfast. The single room was rather small but had all I needed. The air conditioner was not working properly (which the hotel was aware of but not able to fix) and as a result the room was rather warm, but admittedly that was during an exceptionally hot day in Vienna.

No counter space was difficult and the carpet was a little stained. The staff always seemed surprised to be communicated with which makes me believe they’re not used to talking. The hotel entrance is in an alley and it can feel scary at night, especially since I didn’t see any signage. Other than that, the location was fine. You’ll have to walk a couple minutes to feel like you’re in a good area. They don’t include a bed sheet which was strange. The room was very hot despite me having the AC on the lowest setting.

Great location, Far from 4 star

This hotel is a superb location for getting to all the major spots in Vienna. However it is not a 4 star hotel at all and looks nothing like the pictures. It was clean and met my needs. The breakfast needs to be improved from a quality standpoint. Overall good location, but don’t come in expecting a 4 star, it’s a 2

Most of the staffs were very nice, however, one of the staff at breakfast was extremely rude, making comments such as “mama mia!”every time I went to get my food. Besides that unpleasant experience, everyone else were very nice. The other breakfast lady , for the other mornings, was so very nice and sweet! The place was conveniently located, and can get to places with ease.

Good location, poor hotel. Very expensive.

Sooo expensive for at best a 3 or even 2 star hotel, despite the good location. Very poor choice of breakfast, inconsistent air conditioning, ageing furniture, small towels.
