Talked with the day manager about our air conditioner as we could not sleep as it was way to hot in the room. He stated that he would schedule an ac person to look at it, told us the person was looking at when we returned to our room after our morning activities. The staff always seemed surprised to be communicated with which makes me believe they’re not used to talking. The hotel entrance is in an alley and it can feel scary at night, especially since I didn’t see any signage. Other than that, the location was fine. You’ll have to walk a couple minutes to feel like you’re in a good area. They don’t include a bed sheet which was strange.
