In its spacious courtyard, the manor house built in 1875 - despite its central location - houses a green oasis of relaxation and recreation. The ground floor 70m ² apartment has an anteroom, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and toilet, and a small terrace. Due to the inner courtyard of the apartment, all rooms are garden-facing and therefore absolutely quiet. Directly in front of the apartment door is the spacious garden, which has sufficient seating and lounging opportunities, as well as a children's playground. Our host, Martin, was very accommodating. The accomodations were spacious and comfortable. The property is located one minute from the tram stop and 5 minutes from the subway. There are bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants all located within a few minutes walk from the property. It was a great place to stay in a fantastic city. ##### Chris H.
