The location was very good for taking public transportation and seeing all the sights of Vienna. The apartment was adequate for four friends, we had breakfast in and the kitchen was adequate for that purpose. We found out afterwards that they don't communicate on sundays or holidays, which I think is not good. Die lediglich 2 kleinen und 2 großen (teilweise angeschlagenen) Tassen in einer Wohnung für eigentlich 6 Personen, lediglich 1 brauchbarer Topf, nicht vorhandene Kaffeelöffel und fehlende Geschirrtücher entsprechen keinesfalls der inserierten voll ausgestatteten Küche. Schränke oder Regale zum Einsortieren von Wäsche gab es lediglich in einem der 3 Schlafzimmer, was bei gewünschten Langzeit-Mietern eigentlich Grundaustattung sein sollte. Zum Glück waren wir statt der geplanten 5 nur 4 Gäste, sodass wir ein Zimmer als Koffer-Lager für unsere Kleidung nutzen konnten. Die fehlenden Fenster in der Lokalität eines ehemaligen Geschäfts waren ebenfalls unerwartet und ungewöhnlich…Die Wohnung ist als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit geeignet, bot uns aber leider keine Wohlfühl-Momente. Dies wurde durch die fehlende Regulierbarkeit der Heizkörper mit deutlich zu niedriger Raumtemperatur unter 20 Grad noch verstärkt.Eine Sanierung sowie Erneuerung der abgewohnten und teilweise defekten Gegenstände würden der Wohnung sehr gut tun! ##### Christine D.
