I was not accustomed to the hands off approach in an Aparthotel. One iffy broom and congealed liquid soap in the kitchen area was provided and cleaning only after 5 days. The twin single beds are really narrow and sloping so we could only sleep in one direction. I didn't think we should have to provide all the cleaning tools and would expect more service. I may be wrong in my expectations. I flew in from far away so could only buy everything we needed. I liked the fact that it was easy to come in and out at anytime. I liked the clear instructions to check in for a late arrival. There is no reception service after 6.00pm.

Everyone’s very helpful; convenient going to the grotto, souvenir shops and restaurant but not too crowded when you want some quiet time.

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful, rooms were big and nice.

Very clean. Friendly staff. They accommodated our request of checking out a bite late and very close to Our Lady of Lourdes, plus is surrounded by many eating and shopping places. I would recommend it 100%
