We booked a deluxe room and requested a room with the view of the clock tower. When we arrived at the property, the desk person confirmed that the room (214) assigned to us had a view of the clock. However, this was incorrect. For various reasons, we suspect that room 214 was not the room originally assigned to us. Otherwise, the hotel looks good, nice breakfast room with view
