I am not want to leave reviews, but this has been one of the worst experiences in this hotel. The parking is perfect because I have a truck and a big trailer was able to park and then when I go into the room, the air conditioning just turned on and was just heater OK so the next thing I turn on the TV nothing works so I go to the front office and tell the gentleman listen to the TV, not working in the AC

The major issue here is the high volume of vagrants and hoodied people that come out once the sun goes down right outside the rooms drinking beer, playing loud music into the night and smoking weed. I am sorry to say It is simply not safe. I had to check out and found a more established safer hotel. Go to bear valley road or to mall area for a safer (yes more $$), hotel but it’s worth it. Specially if you are there to sleep.

I liked how big the room was, however, the air condition was very loud and there were roaches in the kitchen area. I was shocked especially for the price I paid. I would of went somewhere else if I the money, so I just kept the light on in the kitchen area. I picked this place because my first experience with them was great but that was a few months ago. I guess it changed.

This place was disgusting. I actually had to go into five different rooms just to find one I would stay in. The first for smelt like cigarette smoke and run down. The fifth one didn’t smell like cigarette smoke, but the carpet was torn up stained , light fixtures, broken, windows didn’t open.just the disgusting. I also believe that it is a place where people stay to do drugs as you can tell deals are going on.

GHETTO ! We booked a regular room but when we went to go put our stuff in it , it reeked of cigarettes so we went back to tell the front desk. They gave us a new room and the same thing, it smelled horrible. I went to go tell the front desk AGAIN and he said there was nothing he could do. He could give us a Suite but it would be 30$ more. The property was filled with homeless people. I was weary about leaving my car there. It did not feel safe and when we were checking out the next morning there were police officers in the parking lot responding to an incident that happened. I didn’t stick around to find out what happened but I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

this has to be the worst stay I ever have had anywhere. The room smelled smokey & mildewy, the room was always cold because the heater did not work. there was no coffee maker, ironing board, or iron. The towels I was given to shower with were pretty much the size of a hand towel.

1 no heat in room 2.lights in room did not work 3. Bed was only made up 1 of the 5 days 4. Smelled like dope in room every night I got back. 5. Flooring was all tore up and bubbled 6. Vagrants come out at night, they would stand outside talking and smoking dope half the night. 7. Trash cans were full outside there for it was all over parking lot. I would not EVER go back again, I could go on but WHY The place needs to be closed down in my opinion.
