Disliked: Staff & service
Customer service was very good, and the room was clean. The only issue with the room was that the air conditioning was not working properly. There was also some noise from doors closing, but it was not too disruptive. The main disappointment was the breakfast service. I paid for breakfast for my wife and me for three days while attending a pastors’ retreat, but the service was extremely slow. We eventually had to purchase breakfast elsewhere because of the long wait times. Unfortunately, I would give the breakfast service zero stars, and I would not recommend purchasing the breakfast option at this hotel.
