Excellent location, walking distance to Kurfürstendamm. Staff very helpful. The only thing I found very strange is that I had to pay 1.50 Euro per bag to store after check out. I've never encountered that at any other hotel anywhere.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was cozy. Shampoo and conditioner weren’t that great. The shower gel pump was broken, but no one was checked while I stayed in 7 days.
