"The property is in poor condition, smells like piss, the room door paint is peeling off. Inside the room the microwave and fridge do not work. Everything is in bad condition. Homeless people roam around."

"The door to the outside didn't seal, could see light around it. Huge stains in the carpet. A lamp didn't work and rather than remove it, they set another next to it. The shower rod was hanging on barely. It had been "repaired" as it was painted but was sagging rather than bowing out. Being careful not to touch the rod and have it fall, tried to close the curtain. Up hill both ways so the curtain didn't close. No worries, no hot water so the shower curtain became less of an issue. Toilet was loose and had a bunch of caulk around it, not installed even close to correctly. It was late, we were committed and non-refundable so we had a few drinks and tried to sleep....got up early and got out of there! Staff was great, just a run down place in need of lots of love."

"It’s an older hotel that needs to maintenance. The lobby is beautiful and smells great- that didn’t transfer upstairs. Our bathroom was dirty, our sheets had hair and dirt in them and there was some brown substance coming down the wall. Overall- would not stay here again. "

"We had a great stay, we had everything we needed. Host was great! We appreciated the prompt communication. Everything went smoothly and was very easy. The house was clean, well equipped, and just what we needed. If/when we are back in the area we will stay again!"
