"The AC took forever to cool off the room, no fridge or microwave. When I asked the front desk if there was a fridge in it this time she said there was but she had to move it to somebody else’s room and would look for one for us. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where they moved for just from room to room. There was also no microwave to heat up any food so if you want to heat up food, you’d have to go to the front office and use their microwave during business hours. The laundry facilities was also out of order. The pool was drained and not working a year ago when we stayed and Is still drained and not working. The pillows are flat as newspaper, and they only gave us two which meant one per person. When asked if we could have more pillows, they said they’re normal not allowed to give more."

"We loved this spacious, squeaky-clean, very private-feeling home! All the amenities were there, although we could have used some instructions on the smart TV. Excellent location, quiet street, convenient to most parts of Victoria. Tasteful decorating; loved the art. Our suggestions: Add a table or rack in the master bedroom to hold a suitcase, and add a reading lamp in the living room. Thanks for a very pleasant stay and a great value!"

" You get left alone, which was nice! the room was clean. I wasn't there in the peak heat, so idk how well the AC works, but it was good for March. There was construction going on, and the road is a little silly to get to, there are these blockers in the middle intersection, which i guess are newer? overall, all interactions I had with staff were positive. felt like we had privacy. i appreciate ya'll! oh the walls are for sure thin, i could hear everything happening in the room next door when they were in "
