They were all extremely welcoming and hospitable, giving us a tour of the outdoor common area and our room. There was no bottled water in the room, but there was tea and coffee always available in the outdoor restaurant. Breakfast was included. The bedroom was clean and the linens immaculate, though I preferred not to walk barefoot on the bathroom floor. The outdoor area is slightly shabby, but there is plenty of shaded seating, and a firepit. The negatives are that you can hear every sound from the adjacent rooms. My mosquito net was hung off to the side of the bed rather than directly over it, and was being held together by half a dozen bandaids. It didn't fit properly over the bed, and I had to sleep scrunched down and with my head between the two pillows to keep the net off my face and prevent mosquitoes from biting me through it. The biggest issue was the lack of water. Neither the bath or shower worked, and the sink only worked maybe 20% of the time. The shower sprayed for about 6 seconds, then became a small, cool trickle. I managed to lather up and splash the soap off (washing my hair was a lost cause) for a few minutes until the water stopped entirely. I then tried the sink, where the water only ran for ten seconds, then the tub - same thing. Had to wash my face with bottled water the next morning.
