It is built into the cliff just below the Sorrento Hwy, directly above the Vico Equense marina. (There is little road noise) The main house has been lovingly remodeled, but note it has no indoor livingroom; however, there is an enclosed solarium a few yards away with seating. The pool is on a lower terrace 25 feet down, accessed by a long and easy ramp. The pool gets no sun and is quite chilly. The landscaping of the gardens is exceptional. The worst part is the parking. You get a spot in a parking area 1/2 km away - have to walk right next to traffic to get there. However, shoulder parking is available (at least late afternoon) across the road, but you have to cross constant busy traffic which is perilous. There are several restaurants and a deli/grocery (La Cascina - highly recommended!)within walking distance.Note the owners might be confused about tacking on a cleaning fee, paid in cash, but you have already paid that thru VRBO, so bring your invoice.
